Overview :
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Construction Project Manager to oversee complex commercial construction projects from inception to completion. As a key leader within our team, you will manage project schedules, budgets, and subcontractor relationships while ensuring the highest standards of safety and quality. Key Responsibilities :

  • Manage all aspects of construction projects, including planning, scheduling, budgeting, and execution.
  • Collaborate with architects, engineers, subcontractors, and other stakeholders to ensure projects are completed on time and within scope.
  • Monitor project progress and performance, making adjustments as needed to ensure successful outcomes.
  • Ensure compliance with safety regulations, building codes, and contractual obligations.
  • Oversee procurement of materials, manage resources, and track labor costs to maintain profitability.
  • Conduct regular site visits to monitor quality and resolve on-site issues.
  • Foster strong client relationships through clear communication and regular updates on project milestones.
  • Implement innovative construction techniques and technology to enhance project efficiency.

Qualifications :

  • Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field.
  • 3+ years of experience as a project manager in commercial construction.
  • Experience with K-12 or healthcare projects is a plus.
  • Proven ability to manage large-scale projects with complex requirements.
  • Strong knowledge of construction processes, safety regulations, and building codes.
  • Excellent organizational and leadership skills.
  • Proficiency with construction management software (e.g., Procore, Microsoft Project).
  • Strong communication and problem-solving abilities.
  • PMP or other project management certifications are a plus.
