As a Life Insurance Sales Representative, you will use advanced technology and your communication skills to connect with clients. You'll assess their needs, explain options, and help them find the best solutions that align with their financial goals. Key Responsibilities:

Reach out to new and existing clients to understand their needs, budget, and goals.
Comfortably navigate personal health and medical questions to help complete a client qualification form.
Use internal tools to explore multiple insurance options and select the best solution for each client.
Communicate with clients (primarily via Zoom, or phone if preferred) to explain your role as a licensed life insurance and financial solutions agent.
Present clear and concise life insurance and financial solutions, explaining product benefits and guiding clients to the right decision.
Answer client questions and assist them in completing online applications with ease.
Input new business into company software to trigger commission compensation and track performance.
Monitor and track your weekly activities, including calls, appointments, and applications.
Collaborate with colleagues to share insights and discuss product and carrier solutions.
Ensure applications are fully approved and follow up with clients as needed.
Meet and exceed sales targets by utilizing the proven sales system and receiving mentorship support.
Follow up with existing clients to ensure their needs are continuously met.
Qualifications:

Must be 18 years of age or older and legally eligible to work in the United States.
A valid state life insurance license (or willingness to obtain one before writing new business).
At least 1 year of customer service experience or strong communication skills.
Excellent computer, communication, listening, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, evolving industry.
Strong customer service orientation with a genuine desire to help clients.
A resilient and self-motivated attitude with a drive for success.
Ability to work independently, but also a team player with a collaborative mindset.
Familiarity with Zoom and remote work tools such as Crew, GroupMe, or Slack.
Strong organizational skills, time management, and business tracking abilities.
A passion for self-development and learning.
