Responsibilities

• Ensure the safety and security of all passengers during flights.
• Provide excellent customer service and address passenger inquiries and concerns.
• Assist passengers with boarding and deplaning, ensuring a smooth process.
• Conduct safety demonstrations and ensure compliance with safety regulations.
• Serve food and beverages while catering to specific dietary requirements when needed.

Requirements

• Must be at least 18 years old with a high school diploma or equivalent.
• Excellent communication skills in English; knowledge of additional languages is a plus.
• Strong interpersonal skills and a passion for providing outstanding customer service.
• Ability to remain calm and composed under pressure or in emergencies.
• Flexible schedule with the ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Willingness to undergo training and adhere to airline policies and procedures.
• A valid passport and the ability to travel internationally without restrictions.
