Responsibilities

• Ensure the safety and security of all passengers during flights.
• Perform pre-flight checks to ensure equipment and safety procedures are in compliance.
• Deliver excellent customer service by addressing passenger needs and concerns.
• Assist passengers with boarding and disembarkation procedures.
• Provide safety demonstrations and educate passengers on emergency procedures.
• Serve meals and beverages according to airline standards and customer preferences.
• Maintain a clean and organized cabin environment throughout the flight.

Requirements

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Fluent in English; additional language proficiency is a plus.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
• Customer-focused mindset with a positive attitude.
• No previous experience required; training will be provided.
