Responsibilities

• Ensure passenger safety and compliance with airline regulations during flights.
• Provide exceptional customer service to enhance the travel experience.
• Assist passengers with boarding and deplaning procedures.
• Conduct safety demonstrations and briefings before flights.
• Serve refreshments and meals in accordance with airline standards.
• Respond to passenger inquiries and resolve any issues or complaints efficiently.
• Maintain a clean and organized cabin environment throughout the flight.

Requirements

• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• High school diploma or equivalent education required.
• Fluent in English; additional languages are a plus.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to work in a team-oriented environment.
• Capacity to adapt to a fast-paced and dynamic work setting.
• Professional appearance and demeanor at all times.
