Job Description

**Job Summary:**
We are seeking dedicated individuals to join our team as Freight Handlers/Unloaders/Dock Workers in Neosho, Missouri. As a Freight Handler, you will be responsible for efficiently and safely unloading shipments, organizing and staging freight, and ensuring accurate distribution within our facility.

**Location:** Neosho, MO

**Shift Options:**
- 2nd Shift: Monday to Friday 3:30 pm to 11:30 pm with occasional overtime

**Job Offers:** Made on the spot

**Pay:** $18-$28.00 per hour + Production bonus pay (earn more based on performance/production) for Second Shift workers

**Responsibilities:**
- Unloading household items in teams with weights ranging from 20-50 lbs
- Stacking and wrapping items onto pallets
- Maintaining a clean and safe work environment

**Qualifications:**
- Previous experience in a warehouse environment preferred but not required
- Ability to lift and move heavy items within safety guidelines
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in handling freight
- Willingness to work in a fast-paced team environment
