Job Summary:
The Production Assistant supports the production team in the preparation, coordination, and execution of projects. This role ensures smooth day-to-day operations by performing administrative, logistical, and hands-on tasks. The ideal candidate is proactive, detail-oriented, and thrives in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Production Support:

   • Assist with the setup and breakdown of production sets, including equipment, props, and materials.
   • Ensure the availability and organization of production supplies and tools.

2. Administrative Tasks:

   • Coordinate schedules, meetings, and communications for the production team.
   • Manage production-related paperwork, such as call sheets, release forms, and expense reports.

3. Logistics and Coordination:

   • Run errands for production needs, such as equipment pickups, deliveries, or catering orders.
   • Liaise with vendors, crew, and talent to ensure timely execution of production plans.

4. On-Set Assistance:

   • Provide support to directors, producers, and crew during shoots.
   • Monitor and manage crowd control, talent coordination, and adherence to schedules.

5. Troubleshooting:

   • Quickly address and resolve minor issues to avoid delays in production.
   • Ensure compliance with safety regulations and protocols on set.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent; a degree or certification in Film, Media, or a related field is a plus.
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Excellent verbal and written communication.
• Basic knowledge of production equipment and processes.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and/or production management software.
