OZO Coffee Roasters in Boulder, CO is looking for a Production Assistant to join our team. We are located on 1898 S. Flatiron #110.

The Role:
The Production Assistant will be a critical member of OZO’s Production Team and is responsible for the processing, packaging, and fulfillment of OZO Coffee orders. This role will focus on processing roasted coffee into packaged goods and preparing shipments - handling roasted coffee, labeling and filling bags, order picking, preparing shipments, maintaining equipment and facility cleanliness and organization, and less frequently delivering orders. The Production Assistant will track inventory in the warehouse and receive, verify, and unload warehouse deliveries. Upholding OZO’s high customer service standards, you will interact with our customers and ensure that they have accurate, presentable, and timely shipments and deliveries.
Responsibilities:
- Package roasted coffee (label, fill, seal, and case bags)
-Pick, pack, and ship orders
-Prepare local deliveries
-Maintain warehouse organization and cleanliness by following weekly and monthly SOPs
-Maintain production equipment
-Conduct monthly inventory
-Receive and verify accuracy of warehouse deliveries
-Deliver coffee and other supplies to wholesale customers while providing excellent customer service
-Help with the maintenance of delivery vehicles by monitoring and reporting any issues
-Track inventory in Excel and Google Sheets
Requirements:

-Valid driver’s license

-Ability to lift and move items that weigh more than 50 pounds
-Forklift experience preferred
Compensation:
-Competitive pay commensurate with experience - starting pay at $21/hr
